The company virage logic presented the new generation of the built in memory  nOVeA. Repeatedly programmed, energy-independent memory is the key element of the applications, which are needed the support of the complex means of protection and control of rights (digital rights management, DRM). As examples the producer calls the card of flash- memory, players and recorders DVD, user prefixes and tags RFID. The special feature of the products from the new generation  nOVeA consists in the decrease of sizes and energy consumption. These are the important parameters, if we consider the contemporary tendencies of microminiaturization and energy-economy. Furthermore, as its predecessor, new memory nOVeA are designed for the production on the well mastered, economical technological process CMOS. Memory can be released according to standards 180, 130 and 90 nm. In comparison with the previous versions nOVeA, the area, occupied by memory, decreased by 50%, and the energy consumption – by 30%. Reduction in the energy consumption is especially claimed in RFID, where the distance on which can be executed the remote readout information, directly depends on the appetite of memory, installed in the tag. Producer proclaims to 100000 cycles of reprogramming and the safety of information in the absence of energy source for 10 years at temperatures to 125°C.	BUILT IN MEMORY NOVEA
