The corporation denali software from the person of all companies, which participated in the development of physical level interface DDR (DDR PHY interface, in abbreviated form - DFI), reported the publication of the first version of specifications, DFI 1.0. It is interesting that in the press release Of denali simultaneously with the declaration about the publication of specifications it communicates about obtaining of the reward designVision award. In the creation of specifications DFI 1.0 participated such companies, as ARM, Denali, Intel, Samsung and Synopsys. The central objective of their development was to facilitate the process of development of the memory subsystems to the developers of computing systems, memory controllers  and software of physical level. In the specifications DFI 1.0 is described the general interface of interaction between the designs DDR-DRAM controller and physical level of the subsystem DDR PHY. Besides the directivity for reduction in cost and time of the development of prepared systems, in the specifications is provided reusability in the future designs of the separate components, entering the memory subsystem . For the last quality DFI 1.0 was rewarded DesignVision award, which from the person of group company- developers DFI obtained two Bryan, Jones (from Intel) and Gardner (from Denali).	DFI 1.0
