Researchers assert that the approach indicated will help to reduce energy consumption and dimensions of memory cell – to solve two problems, which impede development of MRAM. The current of record of new memory is 500-650 A, reading – 10-20 A. It is expected that further modifications will make possible to decrease the current of record to the level 100-200 A.
