Super talent company declared about the release of new memory modules. These are the memory with standard DDR2 FB-DIMM (buffered), which are accessible in volume with 4 Gb. Designation Code of this product is S4GTF4FJ (533Mhz/PC4300) and S12TF8CMx (667 MHz/PC5300). This new memory is oriented to use with server processors intel xeon on motherboard with chipset intel 5000P (Blackford). 240- contact modules have the organization of 512x72 and consist on 36 chips with a capacity 256 Mbit using FBGA- packing. The new memory super talent is equipped with technology advanced memory buffer (AMB), and it already has the certification to use with motherboard intel 5000PSL and some other server platforms |
