The markers (TEG) radio frequency ID become increasingly less and less, but even this does not thus far make possible for them to become properly popular and extended in the contemporary large commercial centers and stores. Reason to that is the price, which thus far remains sufficiently high that the new technology is banal in masses. Today the cost of one RFID- marker (TEG), which includes antenna and receiver, it comprises ~5 cents. The Vice President of Israeli company tower semiconductor noted that this order of prices thus far is above threshold value. In the collaboration from Tower semiconductor the company alien technology, which also specializes in the developments for radio-frequency identification, intends to overcome price barrier and to make RFID- markers maximally cheap, — their price must close approach the value 1 cent.
