Optical size of this product is 1/2,5 inches. Sensor is capable to issue 60 frame per second of high clearness (size 720p). In regime series photography, the sensor in one second detonates 15 sequence, giving to user the possibility to take most successful moment of dynamically developing compositions. specially for the HD- video cameras intended the second new product : the sensor high clearness MT9M002. It also allow to conduct survey in format 720p with frequency of 60 frames per second. Among the merits of this product the producer notes the low noise level  and a good coordination with long-distance objectives. In sensor is used the technology digitalClarity, the format of each pixel is equal to 2,2 m, and optical size - 1/4,5 inches. The special feature of video sensor is the presence of region, intended for the realization of the function of electronic regulation image. Both product sensor are now accessible in the formof  familiarizing models. The beginning of mass production is planned for the third quarter of present year. Furthermore, company declared about the beginning of series output represented during May last year it was eighth mega-pixel sensor. Let us recall, this instrument has optical size 1/2,5 inches. The size of pixels is equal to 1,75 m. The task of convenient storage of photographs rapidly arises practically before each, who took in the hands on digital camera. Storage of files is separate theme, but also with the paper imprints appears numerous questions. The new product, which was called long descriptive names, are called to introduce order in the archives, to make their convenient for the storage and the survey. Although they are not connected directly with electronics, they are definite interest, at least as a example of fresh view on the theme. The represented complete set is called Frame & store photo storage system (system storage photographs ). In it enters the cartridge Of frame & store photo storage cartridge and the frame & store photo storage frame. Intel company intends already in the first half of this year to begin the deliveries of working memory models with arbitrary access, that uses the effect  phase state  change in the substance (Phase-change random access memory, PRAM). WE deal here with chips with a capacity 128 Mbit, which will be produced on 90 nm technology. As Intel declares , because of its high speed operation PRAM in the future it will replace flash- memory of type NOR. But this is not all : the range of the application of new type RAM is much wider. For example, PRAM can completely replace DRAM in some systems. Optimism in regard to this, as we reported in the past year, as told samsung company  . Intel manages the license of company ovonyx on PRAM on the base of halcogenides since 2000, thus intel was actively investigated this technology independently. But during June 2006 sTMicroelectronics and Intel reported the fact that their efforts in this region are united. Let us recall also that at the end last year about the plans concerning PRAM stated the trio of companies headed by IBM - IBM, Macronix and Qimonda. Eudes (Ed Doller), technological director of group of flash- memory of intel company  , reported that created by them PRAM was capable of maintaining 100 mln. cycles of record- reading and can store data more than 10 years. Furthermore, new memory has sufficiently broad working temperature band, which will allow to use it, also, in the industrial applications.
